This is our favourite to grow and eat! What began as a humble planting of 100 garlic bulbs in 2010 has grown to around 2000 bulbs every year.

Garlic is exceptionally easy to grow and is one of the most health giving foods you can include in your daily diet. I encourage you all to grow it. You can have your own year round supply of home grown garlic by preserving it or freezing whole cloves to use during the growing season.

It can have the following actions in the body: antiviral, antifungal, anthelmintic, bacteriostatic, expectorant, hypoglycaemic, mucus solvent, cholagogue, choleretic, diaphoretic, hypotensive, leucocyte activator, fibrinolytic.

What a superfood! We add it to nearly everything we make.
