A 2 hour comprehensive workshop at Green Tree on how to make all types of lactofermented dishes. This workshop is a mixture of hands-on and demonstration. You will make a sauerkraut to take home with all ingredients and jars supplied. I will have a range of different ferments for you to sample plus you'll receive my Lactofermentation Booklet with detailed recipes and instructions to take home.
Everyone will be chopping and squeezing to make their very own delicious garlic kraut.


I will demonstrate how to make lacto-fermented beans or carrots and cauliflower, plus the "super tonic" drink Beet Kvass.
This workshop will allow plenty of opportunity for each participant to ask questions regarding fermenting and gut health. So why buy these ferments when you can make them!?
TO BRING: each participant must bring along a large sharp knife.

Workshop also includes a small morning or afternoon tea and cuppa.
