I have been and Naturopath and walking the plant healing path for over 20 years, extolling the benefits of nature connection, gardening & growing herbal allies. At Green Tree Naturopathy I offer you a holistic approach to your health and wellness; which acknowledges the connection of your body and mind to one another, as well as to Nature, from which we have evolved.

In consultations we work together in partnership to turn your health wishes into grounded actions. I combine my favourite Wise Woman traditions of herbalism, flower essences and nourishing foods, with a strong focus on improving gut function, microbiome diversity and nurturing your gut-brain-heart axis. My aim is to help you heal on every level – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual - and help you walk your most vital, healthy path.
